Booking with STUDIO 3SIXTY means you acknowledge that you have read, agree to abide by and (where context requires) consent to, all of the terms and conditions, codes, and policies outlined below.

1. ENROLLMENT

1.1 Any changes to personal details must be communicated in writing via email to information@studio-3sixty.com by the participant.

2. FEES

2.1 All services provided by STUDIO 3SIXTY must be paid in advance, which include but are not limited to group classes, private classes, workshops, performance courses and extra-rehearsals.

2.2 STUDIO 3SIXTY reserves the right to change price structures at any time.

3. ABSENCES

3.1 If participants are absent from classes, they will be charged as usual. A credit or refund will only be issued in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency or the death of a loved one.

4. CANCELLATION

4.1 If you need to cancel a class, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to offer your spot to another person as our classes have limited capacity and often sell out.

4.2 Class bookings are non-transferable. Participants may not transfer their bookings to another individual.

4.3 STUDIO 3SIXTY reserves the right to cancel classes or change schedules due to unforeseen circumstances at any time.

4.4 In cases where a class is cancelled, STUDIO 3SIXTY will offer the participant an option to receive a credit or a refund, based on their preference.​

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 We do not offer refunds for cancellations made by participants. However, if you provide 24-hour notice, we will issue you a credit to use for a future class.

5.2 In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency or the death of a loved one, we will issue a credit or refund based on your situation.

6. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Health

6.1 In attending our classes, we trust that you are in good health condition and that you know of no medical or other reasons why you cannot or should not engage in class. Please inform STUDIO 3SIXTY of any physical limitation you may have upon booking.
Waiver

6.2 You participate in classes at your own risk. STUDIO 3SIXTY accepts no liability for any injury or death that may occur on the premises during class. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with dance activity and agree to release STUDIO 3SIXTY from any liability.

Safety

6.3 The nature of dance classes requires physical student-teacher contact for the purpose of placement and correction of technique. Contact will always be appropriate.

7. PERSONAL PROPERTY

7.1 Please keep your belongings safe and do not bring valuables into the studio. You understand there are  risks of property damages and losses. STUDIO 3SIXTY is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOS, AND MEDIA RELEASE

8.1 STUDIO SIXTY reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during classes, dance and costume rehearsals, and performance courses for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing via email to information@studio-3sixty.com by the participant.

9. COPYRIGHT

9.1 Choreographies taught by any STUDIO 3SIXTY instructors are property of STUDIO 3SIXTY and are not to be used for any unauthorised purpose other than at STUDIO 3SIXTY authorised events.

10. CODE OF CONDUCT

10.1 Respect towards instructors, staff, fellow students, and the facility is mandatory

10.2 You are responsible for any damage that you cause within the studio through a wilful act or negligence.

​

11. PARKING

11.1 We are not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents even if you are parked within the studio's car park, the building premises, or nearby areas.

12. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

12.1 STUDIO 3SIXTY reserves the right to deny classes to any participant who acts unreasonably and inappropriately.

13. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

13.1 STUDIO 3SIXTY reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time.
